Finding Your Way

Fear leads to more fear it can become a forest fire consuming everything beautiful and real.

Take a breath time is endless. Why run when you can embrace the beauty all around.

Plant a seed nuture with love not fear allow it time there will always be enough.

As it grows it is free and so should you be. As the caterpillar is encased in its protection it has to be patient for that transformation is coming. When the time is right it stretches it's wings allowing the warmth of the sun to dry them its beauty is evident so shall you be who you are meant to be spreading your wings feeling free and showing your true self.

Love can get smothered with darkness at times but it's still there as you dig around in the darkness you find the greatest treasure unconditional love.

Heal you pain and know it's ok to let it go for it is a weight you need not carry, release it to the universe. Let the rain as it gently falls wash it away into the rivers and out to the sea where it becomes less in the vastness.

It always leaves a scar but how you deal with that scar is your choice. It is a reminder of how deep you loved.

Be kind and gentle with yourself nurture yourself know you are worthy of being loved and know we each have a part to play in the theater of life.

Learn your part and grow become strong and feel the love that is always around you be willing to allow it to hold you.
