The darkness of winter covers the world,

Coldness chills our bones,

The world is silent and sleeping,

When the light returns it opens the ground,

Life is beginning all around ,

Spring has sprung and the flowers bloom,

Popping through the earth and stretching up,

Warming sun is cheering them on after the winter seemed so long,

A blanket of color covers the ground,

The air is sweet the birds will sing,

Trees are drapped with new leaves,

They rustle with the gentle breeze,

The children in the grass running and playing hear them laugh,

The light is on the world awakes,

Please fill it with Love for goodness sake.
